- Any email received at an address you've created counts as one inbound email. Replies and forwards each count separately.
- What happens if I exceed my limit?
- We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. Emails over the limit are queued and processed when you upgrade or your limit resets.
- Can I change plans anytime?
- Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we prorate billing accordingly.
- What's the difference between polling and webhooks?
- Polling lets you fetch emails on demand via API. Webhooks push emails to your server in real-time as they arrive. Free plans only support polling.
