Mailhook uses the following sub-processors to provide our services. All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements requiring them to protect your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Sub-processor Change Notifications
We provide advance notice of changes to our sub-processors. To receive notifications:
- Enterprise customers receive email notifications 30 days before changes take effect
- All customers can monitor this page for updates
- Contact [email protected] to subscribe to notifications
Objection Process
If you have concerns about a new sub-processor, you may object in writing within 30 days of notification. We will work with you to address concerns or provide alternatives where feasible.
